1. When Will My Order Ship?

With COVID-19, we are following local health mandates and taking additional precautions to help ensure the safety of our customers and employees, including reduced staffing and extra cleaning of our warehouses. This may increase the time it takes to process and ship your order—currently up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

When your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link (it can take up to 24-48 hours to update).

 

2. How Expensive is the Shipping?

Geeklifetime supports expedited shipping. The cost of shipping depends on the location.

 

3. Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?

PayPal: If you have a PayPal account, you can pay directly by logging into your PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account, please pay with PayPal accepted credit cards. The accepted credit cards are Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and American Express, etc.

 

4. Can I add items to my order?

We can absolutely try! Please shoot us an email at [email protected]. If it is within 24 hours of placing your order, we will add the items to your original shipment so that you will not have to pay for additional shipping. Unfortunately, if your order has already been processed, we won't be able to make any changes and you will need to place a new order.

 

5. Can I change my delivery date?

Yes, if your order has not shipped out yet. Just email us at [email protected] and we'll help you out. However, if your order has already shipped, we won't be able to speed up or slow down the shipment.

 

6. I Recently Purchased an Item Online and Now It’s Discounted. Can I Get the Discounted Price?

Pricing on the website is subject to change without notice. Orders placed before promotions are not eligible to receive new promotions or discounts. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of the offer, and to modify or cancel any promotion due unforeseen issues.

 

7. How Do the Returns and Refunds Work?

Geeklifetime is happy to accept returns on all merchandise within 14 days of receipt. However, shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns. Unfortunately, without exception, Geeklifetime cannot accept returns on used or damaged merchandise. For additional information, please see our WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY

 

8. How Do I Use a Promo/Coupon Code?

When you checkout, under your items there is a text box that reads “Gift card or discount code”. This is where you enter your code. Always enter the code as you see it and double-check before moving forward. Next, you will click the grey “Apply” button to the right of the box. This will check your code and apply the discount to your order. Our coupon codes cannot be stacked on top of one another, only one coupon can be used per order. Promotions only apply to orders placed during the time of active promotion, not orders placed before or after the promotion.
